The good news: we've done a lot of incredible stuff the last several weeks.
The bad news: my camera has been laid to rest and was not able to document any of these fun events :( I got a disposable camera but I don't have a scanner so that doesn't help you much. I have a few pics from Mia and Jared's phone, but that's it. Here's the run-down.
-Kim (Jared's little sis) came and spent several days with us. Well, she was really coming out here to see her boy-toy, but we'll chalk it up as a visit to us as well! It was so fun to see her, and she rocks on the guitar for Rock Band ... or at least provided a lot of laughs. PS. We love Ryan (especially Kyser). Go Kim!
-Liz, Nate, Sydney and Holly (my sis and her family) came to visit us. Where do I begin?? We hit the Bounce House - for the kiddos; bowling - for kids and adults (Nate is the champion); Wicked - definitely just for the adults! It was so fun to watch Sydney and Kyser play pretend together. Holly is
adorable and Emmett was content just following them around. Come live near us. NOW!

-Kyser turned 5! His b-day was when Liz and her family were here and he loved spending his special day with lots of family.
-We went to 6 flags with our great friends, the Finches. Emmett loved the water spouts by Thomas the train. Lots of fun rides, except for this gal. It's cruel irony that the one who loves roller coasters had to sit on the sidelines. Oh yeah, I had to sit on the sidelines because I'm pregnant :) Almost 14 weeks and counting ... we're so excited!!!

-Saundra, my good from from high school, came to visit. We had a great time catching up and walking around Old Sacramento. It was fun to meet Michael :) It's my turn to go to see you next!
-Kyser had his first soccer practice this week. I'm the coach and I must say, it's a blast! It's so fun running around with the kids and introducing them to the wonderful game of soccer. Here's to a great season, Thunderbolts!!
